ALL TEFC^TM Fruitcake products are baked within twenty-four hours of receiving your order unless you order the Special Classic. The "Special" is aged in brandy-soaked cheesecloth for a minimum of two months to enhance the intensity and flavor of our favorite recipe. We use no artificial or synthetic preservatives in our selections and recommend refrigeration when you receive your shipment.

The "Classic" is heavy with the finest, premium fruit and fancy grade nutmeats. Our secret blend of freshly ground spices sets our fruitcake apart from any you've ever tried.
The "Classic" is available in loaf or ring form and in weights of one, two, and three pounds. Custom orders can be baked into most any form you desire for all your special occasions.
